Below you will find links to national charities or rescue organizations that can be a good source of information and referral. If you are looking for a charity or rescue in a particular state or province, click on the sub category listed above.
Most of these organizations exist on donations and many are struggling to keep operating in an effort to save the horses we have come to know and love. Your contribution to a recognized, verified equine charity is always appreciated, however make sure you know to whom you are donating.
