The Andalusian horse is one of the oldest pure breeds of horse in the world. Canadian Andalusians are a rarity. In 2003 there are approximately 350 registered in Canada.
We publish a quarterly magazine about our breed in Australasia and run shows and seminars promoting this unique and ancient breed. We maintain close connections with ANCCE the National Breeder's Association of Spain, who hold the studbook for the breed in Spain.

The purpose of this site is primarily as an information portal to breeders, owners, prospective owners and friends of the PRE horse in NZ.
The society is intended to promote the Andalusian horse in the UK, and was sparked by a rally that Linda Lawrance de Rodriguez organised in June 1982.
We maintain a registry for Purebred Andalusians and Half-Andalusians, publish a magazine about them, provide shows for them and generally promote their unique qualities to the world.
The primary purpose of the Foundation for the Pure Spanish Horse is to develop, perpetuate, and foster an appreciation and understanding of the Pura Raza Española throughout the United States, and any other country where interest in the P.R.E. has been expressed.
